Q: Do you offer free shipping?
A: Yes, we offer free shipping on all orders over $50 within the continental United States.

Q: Do you make custom pieces?
A: Yes! We are open for custom orders and will try our best to fulfill the request. Processing times and fulfillments may vary.

Q: Can i pick up if im local?
A: Absolutely! We are available for local pickup. I do work full time so I do require pickup from my location unless we have otherwise spoken.

Q: How do your sizes run?
A: All items are unisex, meaning they’re for men, women, boys and girls. We recommend ordering your normal size unless you’re looking for an oversized look, then size up.

Q: Who do i contact about order questions?
A: Please email us at contact@hudsonclothingcompany.com and we will respond asap. We do ask for up to 24 hours for a response.

Q: How do i make my item last the longest?
A: For longer lasting wear, wash all clothing inside out with cold water. Lay flat to dry or tumble dry on low heat. Do not iron on the design. Sweatshirts should not be dried in the dryer. Please do not use fabric softner!

Q: What kind of transfers do you use?
A: We use DTF transfers mostly. DTF transfers involve printing a design on a special film (similar to a plastic sheet) using a digital printer. This film has an adhesive layer on one side. After printing, the film is applied to the fabric, like a sticker. Heat is then used to transfer the ink from the film onto the fabric, creating the desired design.

Q: Are there other kinds of transfers?
A: There is also sublimation and screen print transfers. We also use these occasionally, but sublimation is going to be the least used.
