Wholesale

Wholesale items are marked down ready to sell items. These markdowns are 30%, letting you make a profit. By purchasing at our wholesale price, you agree to the following:

 

• For first time customers, of Hudson Clothing Co., the minimum order value is $400.
• Products or good purchased from Hudson Clothing Co. shall only be sold at the manufacturers suggested retail price (MSRP). In the event the Wholesale Account chooses to place the products or goods for sale at a discount, the Wholesale Account shall not discount the products more than 15% below MSRP. 
• Please allow 10-15 business days from the time of your order for completion of items. Large orders may require more time. 
• Shipping is not included in the cost of goods. 
• No refunds or exchanges on wholesale items unless item is damaged.
